Responsible for designing Risk Management Structures and Derivatives Hedging solutions for Cocoa Processing Companies whilst also consulting on a whole range of Agri-Business supply chain solutions from sourcing, Acquisitions and Integrations, Collateral Management Systems and Commodities Financing .

Joseph holds an MBA-International Finance from the University of Leicester, a master from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana Legon

Prior to TF Commodities He was the Head of Trading at the Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh) Ltd, and was responsible for trading, management of the Cocoa Board Syndication Loan, structuring and executing the Company’s Hedging programme. 

Ruby holds an MBA in finance from the University of Leicester in the UK and is an Economics graduate from the University of Ghana. She is chartered accountant by profession . She is currently the Chief Executive of Myron Investment Limited.  She was the Financial Controller for Barry Callebaut Cocoa Factory for 8 years. 

Mabel is the Finance Director of TF Commodities, She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounts from the University of Professional Studies and an economics degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is a chartered accountant by profession. She has over 15 years working experience in Auditing, Accounting, Finance and the Cocoa Industry. 

Prior to TF Commodities Mabel has worked with Pannel Kerr &Foster, NTHC Limited and Itochu Corporation.
